Mutant on Vase

A terraformcotta series commissioned by the National Gallery Singapore in an edition of 5. Inspired by Hernando R. Ocampo’s masterpiece Dancing Mutants (1965), the abstract forms of the birds have been translated into repeatable patterns and sand blasted on the vase using the resist blasting technique.
