National Vending Gallery

Situated at the National Design Centre, National Vending Gallery is a hybrid between a design showcase, museum shop, and automated retail. It aims to connect (local) design and designers with the broader public, through carefully curated topics that reveal the manifold influence of design rousing our lives.

A total of six different topics were put together, back to back, from September 2020 to April 2022, attracting a total visitorship of 16,054. This project is founded by Hans Tan Studio and supported by DesignSingapore Council.  An online gallery at www.nationalvendinggallery.sg chronicles all the topics presented.
