Portrait of a Lamp

The object, in this case a lighting fixture, is represented literally by the pictorial image of itself. Using the lightbox as a lamp, the lampshade is a picture of itself. When the switch is on, it is the pictorial image of a lamp (in a lamp) that reacts and illuminates!
